Terms of service
Updated 2026-10-18
By ordering you confirm you have read and accept these terms and our refund policy. If anything is unclear, contact us before you order.
1. What you get
- A dedicated Mac hosted overseas (standard: Mac mini M4 with 16 GB memory and 256 GB storage, or equivalent) on local residential broadband with its own IP and 500–1000 Mbps.
- Claude Desktop and Claude Code installed, and a Claude Max 5x or 20x subscription activated according to your plan.
- You connect with UU Remote or ToDesk. Each Mac serves one customer and is never shared.
- Regions: North America, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia or Indonesia, chosen when you order; regions can't be changed during a term.
- CCRent is an independent provider, not affiliated with Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, and your use of Claude is also subject to Anthropic's terms and usage policy.
2. Ordering, delivery and term
- Order on Taobao or Xianyu, or pay by company transfer. We deliver within a week of payment and send your connection details.
- Your term starts on delivery day and runs monthly. The wait between payment and delivery does not count.
- After delivery, connect and check the Mac, the network and the Claude account. Report any issue on delivery day.
- You can upgrade from Max 5x to Max 20x during a term by paying the difference for the days left; we work out the amount.
3. Fees and invoices
- Max 5x is ¥1,588/month and Max 20x is ¥3,888/month, as listed when you order.
- Price changes never affect a paid term; they apply from your next renewal.
- Billing is monthly with no automatic renewal. Contact us before the end of your term to renew; otherwise the service ends.
- Invoices are available with tax added; ask us for the rate.
- Discounts for several Macs are agreed case by case.
4. Acceptable use
- The Mac and its Claude account are for you alone: no reselling, subletting, lending or sharing.
- No distilling Claude, bulk-harvesting output, building training data or otherwise copying model capabilities.
- Do not change the Claude account's email, password, subscription or payment details, or replace it with another Claude account.
- Do not run proxies, relays or other services for others, and do not mine, attack, scan, spam or otherwise abuse the Mac or the network.
- No use that breaks the laws of the People's Republic of China, the laws where the Mac is hosted, or Anthropic's usage policy.
- Within these limits you are free to install and use other software on the Mac.
5. Warranty and replacements
- If the Claude account is suspended or stops working during normal use, we replace it as soon as possible, as often as needed.
- If the Mac or the network fails, we repair or replace it.
- Days you can't use the service while we replace or repair are added to the end of your term. Compensation is extra service time only, never cash.
- Problems caused by breaking section 4 are not covered.
- Max 20x gets priority support. Support is through the contacts at the bottom of the page, with a reply within 24 hours.
6. The Mac and your data
- You are responsible for keeping and backing up the code, files and other data on the Mac.
- When the service ends (not renewed, or terminated for a breach), the Mac is reset and all data is erased permanently. Back up before your end date.
- If we need to replace your Mac, we tell you in advance; please help back up and move your data.
- We don't look at the content of your Mac except to help when you ask, to troubleshoot, or for necessary maintenance.
- We are not liable for data lost through your own actions, missing backups or third parties.
7. Third parties
- The service relies on Anthropic (Claude), remote-access software (UU Remote, ToDesk) and local network providers, whose prices, policies and availability we don't control.
- When they change, we adapt as soon as possible and notify affected customers. If a third party makes the service unavailable for a long time, we contact you to agree on a solution.
8. Enforcement
- If we find or reasonably suspect a breach of section 4, we may suspend the service first and verify afterwards.
- A confirmed breach ends the service immediately, without refund, and the Mac is reset.
- We reserve the right to recover losses a breach causes us, including banned accounts and claims against us.
- If you disagree with a decision, contact support to appeal; we review it against our records.
9. Disclaimers and limits
- We don't guarantee that Claude's output is accurate, lawful or fit for your purpose; how you use it is your responsibility.
- Beyond the replacements and extensions in these terms, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits from interruptions, data loss or third-party policy changes.
- If force majeure (natural disasters, government action, large network outages and the like) stops the service, we notify you as soon as possible and agree on how to handle it.
10. Changes and contact
- We may update these terms; updates are published on this page with their date. Changes to prices or the warranty apply from your next term.
- Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
- For any question, contact us (details at the bottom of the page).
