How billing works

Billed monthly; order on Taobao or Xianyu, or pay by company transfer.
Invoices available, tax extra.
Delivered within a week of payment; the term starts on delivery day.
No refunds mid-term; you can simply not renew.
Days lost while an account is replaced are added to your term.
The region is chosen when you order and can't be changed during a term.
The Mac is wiped when your service ends; back up your data before then.
Upgrade from 5x to 20x any time: pay the difference for the days left.

Pricing questions

Which plan should I pick?

The plans differ only in Claude usage and support priority. Pick 20x if you run Claude Code most of the day; otherwise start with 5x and upgrade later.

When does my term start?

On delivery day. The time between payment and delivery doesn't count.

Can I upgrade mid-term?

Yes, from 5x to 20x. You pay the price difference for the days left in your term; we work out the exact amount.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, with tax added. Ask us for the rate.

What if I don't want to renew?

Just let the term end; nothing else to do. There are no refunds mid-term. The Mac is wiped afterwards, so back up your data.

Is there a discount for several machines?

Yes, agreed case by case on the number of machines and the term. Contact us.
